This release does contain a number of bug fixes – so all users should upgrade. However, the main content of the release is the preparation for the release of the ASL3 image.

We should be releasing support for ASL3 later this week. Initially it will be available for the current Raspberry Pi 4B version – ClearNode UHF and VHF – it is already an option when you purchase a new ClearNode.
